Edelweiss is a traditional Austrian-German kitchen complete with family-style serving and authentic recipes. Growing up, I had an au pair from Austria who introduced my family to a wide variety of German cuisine that we still enjoy today. My memories of these moments are championed by a sense of family, connectedness, and comfort. These are values that I infused into my branding for Edelweiss.
